At MY MOH, we believe children’s clothing should be more than something they wear. This should be comfortable, look good, and blend seamlessly with their day-to-day activities. Every piece of clothing from MY MOH is designed keeping all these aspects in mind right from the conception of the idea till the final product is delivered.

From an Idea to a Finished Outfit

Design begins with a single idea: What will provide a child with comfort while enabling freedom to move and play?

We think about what the final use will be of each garment, the age range that we are designing for, and how the clothes will work with the daily life of a child. From a casual co-ord look for a relaxed play date to a print look for adventurous mornings.

Choosing Fabrics with Comfort in Mind

Fabric is highly significant for children’s clothes. Children are very active all day so the garments need to enable flexibility without being restrictive.

Within MY MOH we have a selection of cottons and everyday comfortable fabrics that are fit for just that everyday use. We also explore different prints and styles of fabric like Ikat and hand blocked inspired designs to ensure every design has a sense of identity but is not impractical to have everyday use in mind.

Designing for Everyday Movement

Kids are not able to sit still for an extended period, and the clothes must not prevent movement. This is the reason why silhouette, proportions, and ease are taken into consideration during the design process. Our co-ord sets and lounge sets are designed to give little ones the freedom to move, sit, play and relax comfortably.

We also keep styling straightforward. The right combination of two-piece clothing will look good when worn as a set and can also be combined with other items to form different outfits. This will make dressing the kids much easier.

Prints That Bring Personality

Children’s clothing can be comfortable and playful at the same time. They are useful for giving character to our collection without making the pattern complicated to wear.

Whether stripes, florals, ikat, or inspired by any traditional pattern, we strive for designs that are contemporary and also wearable as regular wear. Colors and patterns are chosen to make clothing that will be fun for kids to wear and easy for parents to put together.

Small Details Matter

Clothing which is good in its quality usually lies in those elements which do not attract the immediate attention of the viewers. These elements include fitting, comfort in movement, styling ability, and practical use.

We take these details into consideration throughout the process. Our goal is not simply to create another outfit, but to make pieces that can become part of a child’s everyday wardrobe.
