MYMOH Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).

• Once dispatched, tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp/SMS.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

• Free Shipping: Valid on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Standard Shipping: Flat fee of ₹70 for orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India.

• A standard ₹50 convenience fee applies at checkout.

Order Tracking & Delivery Attempts

• Shipments can be tracked in real time using the dispatch link provided.

• Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the hub.

• Address modifications are accepted within 3 hours of order placement.

Damaged Packages & Support

• Damaged or tampered packages must be reported with photos/unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
